- A sample Summer Running Log/Calendar is available here. It can be printed out, or you can make a copy and maintain it in Google Docs. Athletes may also utilize the Athletic.net training log tool or their own running log. The key is: keep a running log this summer! If you have questions or need help, please stop by and see me in the Library.

- Beginning June 25th, running groups will meet M-F at Chinook Middle School (due to construction) at 8:30 AM. Sometimes we might arrange for some Saturday trail runs and/or meet-ups with other teams from the area. Stay tuned to Remind.com for updates. - The NTHS Weight Room will be open to XC athletes from 10:00 AM to 12:00 M-Th, beginning June 25th and running through August 9th.
